Documents are so important in the process of conveying information. At Ingram Consultancy we strive to make all our documents clear in meaning, concise, informative, and relevant. Wherever possible we include illustrations and graphics: ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’. As consultants, trainers, and teachers, in the field of conservation, repair, and adaptation of historic sites, we find people tend to understand and retain information best when it is presented in a graphical form. This may simply include photographs, annotated images, or diagrams and drawings.
